We are passionate about designing new customized facilitation exercises and handling difficult conversations with ease and care. We focus on ensuring people are fully engaged, learning, understanding new perspectives, finding creative solutions – and having fun!

Our focus is not solely on the end – the plan. We believe the strategic planning process itself – the means – is just as important for setting your organization on the right path. We believe that community engagement is part art and part science. It’s about understanding the needs and dreams of the communities and clients we work with through fun, innovative approaches and tried and true practices. We know that real engagement comes from working with, not for our clients and our communities. The result is a plan that is relevant, practical and approachable – a plan that fully embodies the needs of the community and paves the way for meaningful and effective engagement.
COMMUNICATIONS, ENGAGEMENT & OUTREACH STRATEGIES
In this age of information overload, the key is finding the right approach to communicate and engage with impact. We'll work with you to tailor a strategy that resonates with your audience and delivers results. We know developing strong partnerships and effective relationships are the key to our successful outreach and engagement strategies that include various activities including: fundraising initiatives, volunteer and staff recruitment, key stakeholder in-kind contributions, and more.
RESEARCH & KNOWLEDGE MOBILIZATION
Stories and numbers paint a picture of what’s happening and what’s possible. A fundamental aim of our research and knowledge mobilization services is for the communities we work with to uncover these stories and numbers and take collective action to bring about change using the opportunities revealed in the research process. Our services include everything from qualitative and quantitative survey development and analysis, focus groups and community conversations, theming and qualitative summarizing, and comprehensive research report writing. We are trained in advanced research methods such as photovoice, participatory action research, narrative inquiry, deliberative dialogue, kitchen table talks and story sharing.
